Core Path is built for the self-motivated student who moves at their own pace without needing daily supervision or encouragement. You’ll have full access to our course catalog, staff support during school hours, and weekly communication with parents — all backed by Alta’s Cognia accreditation.

How Core Path works:

Students log in to Alta’s platform anytime, work through their courses at their own pace, and submit assignments as they complete them. Alta reviews assignments, grades progress, and checks submitted work for plagiarism and improper use of AI. Written feedback is delivered through the weekly Progress Report. Parents receive their own weekly email update and can log into the Parent Portal at any time to see how their student is doing.

Accreditation: Alta Independent is accredited by the Northwest Accreditation Commission (NWAC) through Cognia. Credits earned at Alta are issued on official Alta transcripts and are recognized by other accredited schools, colleges, and universities.
