Guided Path — Structured Online High School with 1:1 Support

$465/month — Full-time enrollment at a Cognia-accredited online high school with weekly mentorship and included tutoring.

Guided Path is built for the engaged student who takes school seriously and wants strong support alongside their independence. You get everything Alta offers in a full-time online high school program, plus regular 1:1 meetings, included monthly tutoring, AP courses, a provided Chromebook, and secure software monitoring — designed to help you stay accountable and reach your goals faster.

What’s included:

How Guided Path works:

Every Guided Path student is paired with an Alta staff member for a weekly half-hour 1:1 progress meeting — a consistent touchpoint to review coursework, flag obstacles, and keep momentum. You also get 3 hours of 1:1 tutoring each month in any subject you need, scheduled through your student portal. If you need more tutoring than the 3 included hours, additional hours are available at a 50% member discount through your portal.

Alta reviews assignments, grades progress, and checks submitted work for plagiarism and improper use of AI. The Chromebook and secure software monitoring make Guided Path a strong fit for families working with outside programs, counselors, or treatment teams who need visibility into a student’s academic activity.

Guided Path is ideal for students who want the flexibility of online learning but benefit from regular accountability and real human check-ins — students returning from a gap, students transitioning from traditional school, or students navigating additional support needs.

Accreditation: Alta Independent is accredited by the Northwest Accreditation Commission (NWAC) through Cognia. Credits earned at Alta are issued on official Alta transcripts and are recognized by other accredited schools, colleges, and universities.
